Pauline Corpus a Filipina-American, born and raised in Alaska. Ever since she was young she has always enjoyed art. Since 2010 Pauline has joined the Artist alley in Anchorage’s anime conventions such as Senshi-Con and Arctic Comic Con selling her own original work and fan art. Pauline mainly works with digital art programs, but also works with watercolors. 

She has gained the honor of an apprenticeship opportunity under Carlos Figueroa in 2022. Since then, the shop has helped her grow as an artist. Over the course of her time at Primal Instinct, Pauline has seen and witnessed first hand the variety of techniques and styles in the tattooing community. For herself, she has found black and gray illustrative works such as Floral and semi realism portraits the most joy in portraying.

Delicate line work was a niche she enjoyed even on a digital canvas. So to bring this technique of hers onto a living canvas, has been a dream.
